Under the programme, Safeguarding Incidence Preparedness Plan (SIPP), the participants including World Vision officers, leaders in the county and residents discussed ways the community should be prepared in dealing with matters related to children.
County Commissioner Reuben Lotiatia said that the residents should visit all the Government offices and report child abuse.

He added that in all the offices, there are office charters which give guidance on any matters pertaining children.
Faith based organisations, county officers, and assistant county commissioners, registered parents and the general public were all invited to contribute.
