The Ministry of Education (MoE) through the state Department for Technical, Vocational Education and Training has issued a formal invitation for qualified personnel within Kenya’s technical and vocational education sector to express interest in serving as TVET Administrators either as: Principals, Deputy Principals, Registrars, or Dean of Students
This is according to a circular from the State Department for TVET, dated October, 14 2025, signed by Dr. Lawrence Guantai.
The circular was addressed to Principals, Deputy Principals, and other officers serving in National Polytechnics, Technical Training Institutes, and Technical Vocational Colleges.

The invitation follows a previous communication referenced as MOE/DTE/ADMIN1/122/VOL.V/14 and outlines a clear application process.
Interested candidates are required to fill in an online form available at the ministry’s designated link.
The deadline for submission of applications is strictly set for November 14, 2025, giving applicants one month to complete the process.
The circular emphasizes that only qualified and interested individuals currently serving in TVET institutions are eligible to apply.
The Ministry stated that the data provided will be used to profile potential candidates for these positions and should any vacancies arise, they will be considered based on merit.
