Missing schoolgirl found in Isinya looking for work

A schoolgirl who went missing last week has been found in Isinya, Kajiado County seeking employment.

The girl, who hails from Kajiado South constituency and a student at Rombo Girls Secondary, disappeared on Tuesday last week in Kimana town as she returned to school for reopening.

She was spotted by a Good Samaritan who saw a post on social media reporting her as a missing person.

The girl was taken to Isinya Police Station where her parents were informed and called to pick her up.

More than five girls were reported missing last week in Kajiado and Narok counties when schools were reopened.

A family in Ilbissil area, ​​Kajiado county, is still looking for their 16-year old daughter who also went missing.

The Form 3 student left home, where she was living with her uncle, on August 25 and has not returned ever since.

The girl’s uncle Daudi Ali said that he is worried over her disappearance and has already filed a missing person report at several police stations.
