The State department of Technical and vocational Education (TVET) has carried out a massive deployment of Principals across technical institutions countrywide.
The latest deployment, which comes shortly after a previous one which was done in September last year (2020), has affected many Principals who were managing both top national polytechnics and county/sub-county level Technical Vocational Colleges.
Several Deputy Principals and Heads of Departments (HODs) have also been affected by the reshuffle in one way or another.
According to the list seen by Education Newspaper, 102 teaching staff who include principals, deputies and HODs were affected in the changes.
The following are some of the principals who were affected by the changes; Daniel Nyariki has been transferred from Gitwebe TTI to Ziwa TVC, Isaac Bwambok from Rift Valley Technical Training Institute (RVTTI) to Masai TTI, Charles Koech from Kaiboi to Eldoret National Polty, Wilson Kimugul from Kipkabus TVC to Turkana East TVC, Dr. Rosebela Chuku from Ol’lessos to Sangalo, Harun Maossa from Konoin TVC to Keroka TTI, Loice Yator from Sang’alo to RVTTI.
Grace Mauti who was the Derputy Principal at Kissi National Polytechnic has been be promoted to Principal at Kendege TVC.
