Maseno School has once again posted an outstanding performance in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examinations of 9.8 mean score, reaffirming its place among the country’s top academic institutions.
According to the results, 89 candidates attained grade A, while 241 scored A-, a strong showing that highlighted excellence at the top tier. The school also registered 176 B+, 152 B, and 78 B- grades, reflecting consistency across the upper spectrum.
Additionally, 40 candidates achieved C+, 22 recorded C plain, and only eight posted C-, an outcome that education stakeholders have described as impressive.
Speaking after the release of the results, Chief Principal Peter Otieno attributed the strong performance to collective effort and shared responsibility among key stakeholders.

“This success is a product of teamwork. Our teachers remained committed and focused, parents offered unwavering support to the learners, and the Board of Management provided effective leadership and strategic guidance,” said Otieno.
He further noted that discipline, structured academic programmes, and continuous learner mentorship played a critical role in sustaining high standards at the school.
Parents and alumni have since congratulated the school fraternity, hailing the results as a testament to Maseno School’s enduring academic culture and vision for excellence.
With the latest KCSE outcome, Maseno School continues to set the pace as a national academic powerhouse and a benchmark for quality education in the country.
