Management University of Africa unveils multiple job opportunities ahead of deadline

MUA seeks professionals to drive transformative leadership and student support.

The Management University of Africa (MUA) has advertised a wide range of job opportunities for suitable candidates.

It aims to expand its human resource capacity and strengthen its position as a premier institution for management and transformative leadership training.

In an advert released this week, MUA outlined vacancies for positions including a Training Manager for the Executive Capacity Development Programme (ECDP), Career Guidance and Counselling Officer, Instructional Designer, Examination Data Management Officer, Library Assistant, and several administrative posts.

Speaking on the sidelines of the announcement, the Vice-Chancellor emphasised the university’s vision of growth and excellence. “We are committed to attracting dynamic, self-driven and results-oriented professionals who will help us deliver world-class training and leadership solutions,” he said.

The flagship role in the announcement is the Training Manager, ECDP, who will oversee the design, curation, and delivery of high-level executive training content.

The position requires strong strategic thinking and experience in capacity development.

“This role is central to MUA’s mission of preparing leaders who can navigate complexity and drive sustainable change,” noted the Director of Executive Programmes.

Other opportunities target student support and academic services, including a Career Guidance and Counselling Officer who will work directly with learners.

“Students need not only academic guidance but also psychosocial support, and this role will help us strengthen career readiness and overall well-being,” said Dean of Students.

Applications are open until September 9, 2025, with MUA affirming its equal opportunity employer status.

Interested candidates are invited to submit detailed CVs, and application letters to the Vice-Chancellor’s office through email.

With campuses in Kisaju, Kajiado County, and South C, Nairobi, MUA continues to position itself as a hub for transformative education in Kenya and beyond.
