Malaba Ward Member of County Assembly in Busia County David Kokonya has applauded school principals in the area for not sending back home students with school fees arrears.
He said that would ensure students concentrate on their studies effectively. “The decision has reassured parents and other education sector stakeholders of good results in the national exams.” he said.
Kokonya added that his ward bursary committee would ensure that no child sits at home for lack of school fees. -Achola Mathews
