The leading adult education learner in Malindi Sub-county Beti Kipkirui Michael who sat 2023 KCSE as a private candidate scored C-.
Speaking to Education News in his office in Malindi town recently, the sub-county Adult Education Officer Moses Uledi Mbaruku urged youth who dropped out of school to join adult learning secondary schools to continue with their education.
He further reiterated the Directorate of Adult Education’s commitment in reviewing the legal framework governing education to align it with the Vision 2030 to allow the movement between formal and non- formal education sub-sectors.
Mbaruku revealed that the directorate gives educational opportunities to adults who never had the chance to attend formal education in their youth.
