The ongoing reshuffle of secondary school principals by the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has affected several national schools across parts of the Rift Valley Region.
St. Teresa Tartar Consolata Mutai, the Principal of St. Teresa Tartar National School in West Pokot County, has been transferred to Nakuru Girls High School in Nakuru County. Meanwhile, the outgoing Principal of Nakuru Girls High School, Rose Menjo, has been posted to Turbo Secondary School, an Extra County School in Uasin Gishu County.
Nakuru County Director of the Teachers Service Commission, Geofrey Chemos, said the handing-over ceremony at Nakuru Girls High School is scheduled for today, Thursday, December 11, 2025.
“The transfer of secondary school heads is a routine exercise by the Teachers Service Commission,” Chemos said, urging all transferred principals to report to their new stations and serve the public diligently.
