The Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) has officially released the performance reports for the 2025 Kenya Primary School Education Assessment (KPSEA) and Kenya Intermediate Level Education Assessment (KILEA).
The council made the announcement on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, detailing the procedure for parents and institutions to access the results.
In the notice, KNEC stated that parents whose children sat for the KPSEA exams will be required to visit the dedicated 2025 KPSEA Results portal to access their child’s performance report.
Meanwhile, candidates who took the KILEA will be able to obtain their performance reports directly from their respective schools. Schools, in turn, can access individual learner performance data through the Competency-Based Assessment (CBA) portal at https://cba.knec.ac.ke.
The council congratulated all the candidates who participated in the examinations. “The 2025 KPSEA and KILEA performance reports are now available for access by schools and candidates,” KNEC stated.
“Congratulations to all the candidates! KNEC remains committed to providing quality educational assessments and credible certification,” it added.

The KILEA exam, which ran from October 27 to October 31, 2025, was designed for learners with special needs at the intermediate level.
A total of 1,298,089 candidates registered for the KPSEA exams in 2025, while 1,130,587 candidates sat for the KILEA assessments.
