KMTC Ikolomani opens doors to students wishing to pursue health courses

KMTC Ikolomani that was recently opened by President William Ruto.

Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) lkolomani branch has been opened, paving way for admission of students wishing to pursue health course.

KMTC CEO Dr. Keley Oluoch has consequently lauded President William Ruto for the development.

Ruto, in his tour of Western region recently, visited the college and opened it officially as part of his official function of the day.

Through support from national government and NGCDF, Dr. Oluoch said that they have managed to put up an administration block, laboratory, communications systems assistance, and health records.

He said students from Vihiga County and Ikolomani Constituency will have adequate learning resources to pursue nursing and clinical medicine.

KMTC, which has opened 75 branches countrywide, appeals for support from county governments to set aside funds for the needy students to further their education.

Dr. Oluoch urged form four leavers who scored C+ and above to apply for various courses that are scheduled.
