The Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development (KICD) has announced a recruitment drive to fill several permanent and pensionable positions, seeking qualified, competent, and motivated professionals.
The initiative aims to strengthen the Institute’s technical, academic, administrative, audit, and support functions in line with its mandate of developing, reviewing, and approving curricula and curriculum support materials for basic and teacher education in Kenya.
The advertised positions cover a wide range of roles, including senior leadership, curriculum development specialists across multiple subject areas, internal audit, technical services, broadcasting, printing, and resource mobilization.
Successful applicants will be deployed according to organizational needs and are expected to contribute to policy, innovation, quality assurance, and service delivery within the Institute.
Key positions include, Assistant Director, Technical Services: Responsible for leadership and oversight of technical operations supporting curriculum development, production, and dissemination.
Assistant Director, Educational Broadcasting who oversees educational broadcasting initiatives that enhance curriculum delivery through media platforms.

Assistant Director, NRC & Resource Mobilization who supports national resource coordination and mobilization for curriculum development and implementation.
Assistant Director, Internal Audit who provides leadership support to the internal audit function.
Interested candidates are required to submit an application letter, copies of academic and professional certificates, testimonials, detailed curriculum vitae, and a copy of their national identity card.
