The Kenya Forestry College (KFC) has opened applications for its 2026/2027 training programmes, offering prospective students an opportunity to build careers in forestry, environmental conservation, and related technical fields.
Available programmes span multiple departments, including Forestry, Environmental Management, Wood Science and Technology, Business Management, Information Communication and Technology, and Protection and Security.
Specific courses include a Diploma in Forestry, Diploma in Environmental Management, Diploma in Wood Science and Technology, Diploma in Bamboo Technology, Diploma in Information Communication Technology, Certificate in Forestry, Certificate in Wood Science and Technology, and Certificate in Apiculture. The college also offers short-term courses tailored for conservation sector practitioners, including law enforcement training for county governments and community scouts.
Interested applicants are required to download and fill application forms from either the KFS or KFC websites.

Completed forms, accompanied by copies of academic certificates, a National Identity Card or Birth Certificate, and a banking slip for the application fee, should be submitted to the Principal, Kenya Forestry College, P.O. Box 8-20203, Londiani. Scanned applications can also be emailed to collegeadmissions@kenyaforestservice.org or admissionskenyaforestrycollege@gmail.com.
There is a non-refundable application fee of Ksh 1,000, payable through the e-citizen platform.
Students can also apply through the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) and, once placed, are required to confirm their admission on the KFS website and contact the principal for their admission letters.
All applications must be received by April 30, 2026.
