During the 63rd Annual General Meeting held at Kasarani, a candidate in the 2023 KCPE Examination Nancy Nyamai, garnered a standing ovation from delegates, showcasing remarkable talent within the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC).
In her public speaking segment, she lauded teachers for their unwavering dedication as catalysts for societal change.
Expressing her aspirations during the form one selection, Nyamai conveyed her desire to enroll in the school of her choice.
With an impressive KCPE score of 407 marks, her eloquence and utilization of CBC talent captured the attention of Ezekiel Machogu, the Education CS who promised her enrollment in the school of her preference.
The KNUT Secretary-General, deeply moved by the student’s sentiments, announced that the Union would cover Nancy Nyamai’s first-year fees, acknowledging her dedication and hard work in school.
International Union leaders also commended Nancy for her exceptional talent.
