The sessions emphasized cultivating a saving culture as a foundation for business growth and financial independence.

A key highlight of the training was a comprehensive session on Safeguarding, conducted by the KCB Foundation. Trainees were sensitized on protection measures against harm, abuse, and exploitation, with discussions covering physical abuse, bullying, harassment, and sexual abuse. The initiative underscored the Foundation’s commitment to ensuring the safety and dignity of all programme beneficiaries.
