The MCA, who is also the former Kakamega County KNUT Women Rep, disclosed that the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) and the Ministry of Education were never far apart, unlike the CBE system, which has a big rift and does not know exactly what they are doing

At the same time, she urged parents of Grade 10 to try their level best and let the child go to any school close to home
She affirmed that the move will pave the way in transition in the CBE system for Grade 10 learners from Kakamega County and be able to compete with learners countrywide wide
