A 17 year old high school student in Kisumu County has been killed in cold blood as ethnic violence continues along the border with Jericho.
The deceased who is a student at Kegoye secondary school in Vihiga was attack by assailants at his home in Kasaye North East Nyakach.
According to locals the deceased was on holiday when he met his death.
Sources further said he was murdered on Saturday night while tending to a herd of cattle.
The ethnic clashes have so far left two people dead.
Kisunu governor Anyang Nyongo condemned the clashes.
Nyongo called for the prosecution of the perpetrators.
