According to Kipsang, Nandi County will have 540 new JSS classrooms, most of whose construction he says has already commenced.

“We are going to set up additional JSS classrooms across the country so as to accommodate grade 9 learners. This county will have 540 new classrooms. We are also happy that 24% of form 4 leavers will join university, which is above the national average of 22 per cent,” said Kipsang.
