Fesbeth Academy tops schools in Kakamega county

Fesbeth Academy in Kakamega has produced the best candidate in 2022 KCPE after Shelmith Isigi Vudoyi garnered 424 marks.

Speaking to Education News, the 14-year-old girl said her dream had come true after trusting in God, perseverance and waking up very early for morning preps

She is a twin sister to Shelton Luseka from the same school who scored 391 marks.

Shelmith who desires to join Alliance Girls high school promised to work harder in order to pursue Law and later become the Chief Justice.

She encouraged her fellows who performed dismally to continue working hard to achieve their dreams.

The School Director Ruth Minishi said that learners, teachers and parents had sacrificed a lot to achieve the impressive results with the least marks being 322.

Minishi credited the leadership of the Head teacher Daniel Anyanga for pushing and motivating the candidates and their teachers.

Parents of the best candidate – Penina Makatiani and Henry Magwaga – said they were overwhelmed with exemplary performance and urged her to carry on with her excellence.
