A father of a 13-year -old girl who was allegedly defiled by a neighbor has appealed to the police and the provincial administration to arrest the suspect.
The farmer Mr.David Sum who hails from Kapyoren village in Kapkormom, Soin/Sigowet constituency disclosed that the unfortunate incident had resulted in the impregnation of his daughter.
“My daughter gave birth in January and has stopped attending school to take care of the baby.” he said amid tears.
