Ebwali, Wiyeta secondary schools to represent Kenya in East Africa’s football showdown

Vihiga’s Ebwali High School and Trans Nzoia’s Wiyeta Girls are the Kenya Secondary Schools Sports Association (KSSSA) National Football Boys’ and Girls’ champions respectively.

This is after Ebwali beat Highway Secondary School with a narrow 1-0 win while Wiyeta trounced Dagoretti Mixed 4-1 on penalties.

Elsewhere, Trans Nzoia’s St. Anthony Boys and St. Joseph’s were crowned the new National Hockey and Table Tennis Champions respectively.

The teams will now represent Kenya in the prestigious East Africa Secondary Schools Sports Association Games in Arusha, Tanzania starting on Thursday, 15th September 2022.
