Bomet County Teacher Service Commission (TSC) office is expected to receive a new Director this week as the sitting Director has been recalled to the Nairobi office.
The new Bomet County Teachers Service Commission Director, Dr. William Yator, is expected to report to the Bomet County TSC office in a week’s time after the handing over today Monday, March 06, 2023 in Mandera County.
Dr. Yator has been the TSC’s Chief Executive Officer in Mandera County.
The immediate former Bomet County TSC Director, Ms. Mary Kola Kalinya, has been transferred to the Teachers Service Commission headquarters in Nairobi County.
Meanwhile, the new County Director of Education, Mr. Ngugi Leonard, has kicked off his duties after taking over from Mr. Appolo Apuko who was transferred to Narok County where he received a warm welcome.
“We do welcome the new directors for the betterment of Bomet County academic standards and more human approach to teacher’s issues through harmonious working relationship with all the relevant stakeholders,” said one of the staffers at the Bomet TSC office.
