CDACC to hold workshop on CBET curriculum implementation

TVET Curriculum Development Assessment and Certification Council (CDACC) has organized regional stakeholders sensitization workshops to have discussions with TVET stakeholders on CBET curriculum implementation and competency based assessment.

The discussions on CBET curriculum will enable CDACC streamline and re-engineer its processes.

A notice dated June 11, 2025 indicate that workshops will be held from 16th to 20th June 2025, the workshop will also address challenges faced in the previous assessment series as CDACC prepares for the July /August series.

The one day workshops will be held in thirty two venues across the country.

The discussions will cover modularized curriculum implementation and assessments, role of formative assessment in enhancement of skills and competence acquisition.

It will also discuss place of practical assessment in competence acquisition and challenges faced in CDACC assessment and way forward.

The expected participants include Principals, deputy Principals, registrars, ILO, Examination Officers, Academic HODs and Regional Directors.
