Cardinal Otunga candidates surprise teachers with gifts of appreciation

Some of the boys share a light moment with their principal after gifting him a neck tie. They rewarded all the teachers for the good work of preparing them for KCSE.

It is always understood that it is teachers and parents who give presents to students for their good work, but boys in Cardinal Otunga Mosocho High School in Kisii County have changed the rule book.

Instead of them waiting to be rewarded, they surprised teachers with gifts last week as they came together to chart the way forward to excel in this year’s KCSE.

Having set their mean point at 11.0, the candidates rewarded all the 115 members of staff with flowers to show their appreciation and the love they have for them.
