National football Butere Girls High School have strengthened their squad with the signing of Favour Vallary, a talented midfielder from Urban Junior Secondary School, in a move that promises to elevate the team’s performance ahead of the KSSSA 2026 campaign.
Vallary, known for her exceptional ball control, vision, and ability to dictate play from midfield, is expected to add creativity and dynamism to an already strong squad.
Coaches describe Vallary as a “game-changer,” capable of unlocking tight defences and linking up seamlessly with forwards.
Her versatility enables her to operate as both a defensive midfielder and an attacking playmaker, providing Butere Girls with tactical flexibility in crucial matches.
Analysts predict that her inclusion could significantly enhance the team’s ball possession, transition speed, and overall cohesion on the field, giving them a competitive edge against the most formidable opponents in the region.
The timing of Vallary’s recruitment could not be better. It comes as Butere Girls aim to build on their winning tradition and assert their dominance in girls’ football at the national level.
Her experience and skill are expected not only to strengthen the starting lineup but also to inspire younger players in the squad, raising the overall standard of play and team morale.
