Bursaries have been rolled out by Butere Member of Parliament, MP Tindi Mwale, in tertiary institutions and senior schools across the Constituency.
The MP commenced disbursements of bursary cheques at Lufumbo Girls Senior School after he commissioned a modern dorm holding a capacity of 250 students.

Partial orphans were allocated sh. 6,000, and the child with poor parents will be issued sh. 4,000.
“You can have both parents but are needy, the bursary programme has to benefit all,” Mwale noted.
