Busiada Girls High School in Busia County is regaining its foothold on academic excellence after taking 120 students to university from the 2023 KCSE class.
The school stunned other academic giants in the Western region when it registered a mean score of 8.017, having missed out on the party list of exceptional performers for a long time now.

The school Chief Principal Judith Okanda attributes the good performance to discipline and focus.
Her vision is to produce girls who will be important figures in driving the economy of the world.
“I am determined to maintain the upward trajectory and be the academic powerhouse that we used to be,” she asserted.
