Bumula MP donates 24 computers, scanners to St Mary’s Mukhuma Secondary

Bumula MP Jack Wambora interacts with students of Mary’s Mukhuma Secondary School when donated 24 computers and 3 scanners to the school in Bungoma County.

As part of enhancing digital literacy in learning institutions, Bumula Member of Parliament Jack Wamboka has today March 21 donated 24 computers and 3 scanners to St Mary’s Mukhuma Secondary School in Bungoma County. The institution is situated in his constituency.

While making his remarks, the lawmaker said the computers will help learners to be well armed with digital literacy.

Students of St Mary’s Mukhuma Secondary School in Bungoma County elated receiving computers and scanners.

“As the MP of this constituency, I will ensure education is given upper hand,” he said.

The mp took the opportunity to urge parents to give school administration support to ensure the students produce good results.

Hon. Wamboka who also chairs education committee in the parliament lauded teachers for their efforts towards nurturing students.
