Autopsy report reveals slain boy was sodomized
Autopsy report conducted by Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital (MTRH) on the body of Emmanuel Kimtai revealed that the 12-year old grade two pupil was sodomised before being killed.
He hailed from Koilel village, Kaptagat Ward, Uasin Gishu County.
Just six days ago, the body of the deceased was discarded from a white Toyota Probox, registration number KBQ 327W belonging to Eric Kiptoo Kipsang, at around 7:46 am at Koilel area in Ainabkoi Constituency.
According to the police report filed that day, the deceased had bruises on the back of the head and there was blood oozing from his posterior.
After a thorough investigation by the police and with the help of the suspect`s father Solomon Taras, who the police had arrested since the vehicle was his, they found blood stained clothes and pillow, and a basin full of blood in Erick Kiptoo`s room.
Kiptoo, the main suspect, who was arrested later, complained of chest pains and was taken to hospital and later pronounced dead on Sunday, 26th March 2023.
Alois Muthoka, Ainabkoi OCPD, said the suspect had deep cuts on both hands when he was apprehended by the police officers.
At the same time, the family of the deceased has now began funeral plans as they call on the government and well-wishers to help them as his mother is incapacitated.
