A Philanthropist builds 100-Bed capacity dormitory for a School

education

Lutacho mixed Boarding primary school pupils in Webuye East Sub County in Bungoma are a happy lot after a 100-bed capacity modern dormitory was opened after Months of construction.

This has paved the way for the pupils to have a decent place to sleep unlike previously when they used to sleep in a school workshop.

The new dormitory was constructed courtesy of a well-wisher, engineer Ezekiel Fukwo who funded the construction of the multimillion dormitory that is set to accommodate 100 pupils.

The jovial school headteacher Michael Mayabi appreciated Fukwo for coming to the aid of the school after learning about their plight.

Mayabi promised to work extra hard to make sure the school produces Sterling results and lauded the cooperation of the community and political leadership led by area Member of Parliament Martin Wanyonyi.

“No one can challenge or erase the history made by engineer Fukwo.  He has had a serious contribution to the education sector in this school,” said Mayabi.

Hon. Wanyonyi the area Member of Parliament who graced the event appreciated efforts made by engineer Fukwo for giving back to the community.

He further revealed that through the Constituency development fund, his office is going to allocate money to construct a storey building in the school.

In attendance were parents, stakeholders, and sponsors of the school.
