Court to clear cases involving minors

Around 250 cases have been listed for hearing at Nakuru Children’s court to mark the children’s week during which all cases concerning minors will be heard.
Speaking during launching of service week John Ochang who is the president LSK Rift Valley chapter said that they are following the theme of the week which states ’children should be in class not in justice system.
“We have 250 cases which is supposed to be heard and each magistrate have been assigned to hear 10 cases everyday”, he said.
Ochang advised parents and guardians to make sure that there children are taken care of and instructed accordingly.
