Kakamega East Sub County Quality Assurance Sub-county Officer (CQUASO), Patrick Akhulia while on a visit to Mukumu Girls during the prize giving function said the school being one of the best girls schools in the county is expected to receive support from the TSC.
He promised to work closely with TSC headquarters in ensuring that schools with acute shortage of teachers will be staffed especially to fill gaps left by teachers who retired, were promoted, interdicted or those that died.
He added that students should be careful to avoid being misled by Boda Boda riders leading to early pregnancies or contracting HIV/Aids.
