The teaching fraternity in Vihiga County is mourning the sudden death of Claperton Indusa, an educator at Mago Junior Secondary School (JSS) in Sabatia Sub-County, whose passing has left colleagues, learners, friends and members of the wider education community grieving the loss of a teacher remembered for his dedication and commitment to learners.
At Mago JSS, Indusa was regarded as more than a classroom instructor, serving as a source of guidance and encouragement to learners and a dependable colleague to fellow teachers. Colleagues say his contribution to education extended beyond the delivery of lessons, with his interaction with learners helping to build confidence, curiosity and positive values.

As the Mago JSS and Vihiga teaching communities come to terms with the loss, messages of condolence have continued to be shared with Indusa’s family, friends, learners and fellow educators.
