Kabarnet University College is set to hold its 2026 Open Day on Monday, March 2, in a major outreach event targeting prospective students, parents, teachers and members of the public.
The event will take place at the County Assembly Parking grounds from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., providing an opportunity for form four leavers and other interested learners to explore academic programmes and career pathways offered by the institution.
The university officials say the Open Day is designed to offer professional career guidance and detailed information on available courses, admission requirements and campus life.
During the event, attendees will have a chance to interact directly with faculty members and admissions officers, ask questions about programmes of interest and receive guidance on making informed academic choices.
The outreach comes at a time when many secondary school graduates are preparing to transition to higher education.

By opening its doors to the public, the university aims to help students align their career ambitions with appropriate academic programmes while also engaging parents and teachers in the decision-making process.
The organizers have encouraged form four leavers, parents and educators to attend the day-long event and take advantage of the platform to gather first-hand information about study opportunities and professional development pathways.
The institution’s leadership says the Open Day reflects its commitment to expanding access to higher education and empowering young people to “Dream, Explore, Discover” as they plan their futures.
