The student leaders from across the South Rift region will on Sunday, February 15, converge at Tenwek High School for the 2026 Prefect Summit 2026.
According to Tenwek Principal Mutali Chesebe, more than 150 schools from Bomet, Kericho, Narok, Kisii, Nyamira and Nakuru counties are expected to attend.

The summit will feature several notable speakers, including former Alliance High School Principal Christopher Khaemba, Destiny Inspiration’s Joe Mwangi, High Court Advocate Joan Cherotich, and Muchiri High School Deputy Principal Julius Ndege, among others. The event aims to empower prefects and strengthen leadership skills among students.
