Nyamira County Director of Education Nelson Sifuna has lauded local residents for showing greater decorum to secondary school principals who were transferred to the county following the countrywide principals’ reshuffle.
Sifuna has also cautioned parents against politicising education sector, saying it directly affects the learning process.
Meanwhile Sifuna has put on notice secondary school principals who were forcing their students to repeat classes.
He made the call while addressing over 200 principals drawn from the five sub-counties at Sironga Girls National School.
