President Ruto challenges professionals to help in taking Country to developed status

President William Ruto has reiterated his desired and determination to move Kenya from a third world to a developed country with the help of the educated researchers and educators of this country.

The President who addressed a congregation at Embassy Chapel Church in Kisii County said Kenya has enough trained personnel with enough resources that should be tapped and harnessed through modern technology to enable the country to remain self-reliant in food security and other aspects of the people welfare.

“I call upon the education and science experts to shun thinking like other average minds but to rise and join hands and help to reconstruct our economy to enable us stand confident among other wealth nations.” He said.

The President who was flanked by majority of parliamentarians from both Kisii and Nyamira Counties led by Nyaribari Chache MP Zaheer Jandah and CS for education Julius Ogamba asked residents to embrace constructive politics that will enable his government to deliver the promises they gave before they took the leadership of the country.

Ruto listed the continued improvement of transport infrastructure and construction of many affordable houses across the country as main pointers of the good direction of development that has been by his government and promised improvements that will be made in the health and Agriculture sector.

Nyaribari Chache MP zaheer Jandah who hosted the congregation at his Constituency on Kisii Primary Playground, took the opportunity to invite the president to preside over the school’s celebration of 100 since it was started and asked him to consider buying school bus for them to easy transportation.

“Your excellency this the school where I learned and it has more than 5000 pupils and request you to help us buy a school bus and also help us to construct modern classrooms for this pupils here.” He said
