Lugari Member of Parliament Nabii Nabwera delivered a powerful and inspiring message to students of Holy Family Musembe Secondary School, during a special Academic Breakfast held at the institution in Chekalini Ward.
The event, aimed at motivating students as they pursue academic excellence, featured MP Nabwera as the guest speaker. Drawing from personal experience and public service, the MP addressed the gathering under the uplifting theme: “What It Takes to Win.”
In his speech, Nabwera outlined seven key pillars for success that resonated strongly with the attentive student body. He emphasized the importance of focus and determination, urging learners to remain resolute in their pursuit of excellence. “Determination sharpens your vision,” he noted.

He further encouraged students to believe in themselves and trust the process, highlighting that confidence is the gateway to excellence. On discipline, Nabwera stressed the need to respect rules and obey instructions, calling discipline the foundation of achievement.
“Greatness is born in adversity,” he reminded students, encouraging them to face challenges with courage. He also underscored the unmatched value of hard work, stating that diligence is the surest path to success both in exams and in life.
In a spiritual and moral appeal, the MP urged students to create an environment that attracts blessings and to live righteously, reminding them that blessings do not dwell where wrongdoing thrives.
