West Pokot Early Childhood Development Education, (ECDE), teachers is implementing digital literacy in an effort to keep up with the digital age.
The teachers had earlier been trained on the same and is now their time to implement it.
During the training, teachers were provided with each a smart phone per school and the phones installed with programs to suit the ECDE teachers.

“The programs suit the level of the learners whereby strand and Sub- strand are clearly specified,” said Isaac Krop one of the champion teachers.
“The digital Literacy has been designed to improve English and Mathematics with interesting programs provided to the learners,” said Rahab Cheptoo another champion teacher.
