Taita Taveta County Minister for Education Daniel Makoko has vowed to bring all stakeholders on board to fasttrack education reforms.
Makoko said education in the county has been deteriorating, bearing in mind that in the 1980s and early 1990s, Taita Taveta was among the top ten wide but now is among the bottom ones.
On the issue of vocational institutions, he asked those holding on to negative views to re- examine the value therein.
He said currently the institutions have relevant programmes suitable for those who have completed Form Four.
He was addressing the parents and teachers as he handed over the institution to the new principal.
