MCA’s foundation donates games kit to schools in his Ward

Kahumbu MCA Chefman Isaac Njoroge after donating games kits to one of the schools

Chefman Foundation has donated playing kits to learners at Kandani Primary School in Kahumbu Ward in an initiative aimed at promoting sporting activities in the region.

Chefman Isaac Njoroge, Kahumbu MCA, said the donation is part of giving back to the community.

“The initiative is to support  the pupils  especially when competing with other schools,” said Chefman, adding that the foundation he founded  10 years ago will assist learning institutions in Kahumbu Ward.

“We have our learners from Kahumbu Ward taking part in athletics, ball games among other extra co-curriculum activities and thus need to be assisted with identity,” said Chefman.

He appealed to leaders to help support the schools in their backyards in efforts to mentor the young and provide them with advice to face the future with courage.
