NTSA organises free medical camp for school bus drivers in Nairobi

The National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) in collaboration with various stakeholders will on Saturday March 2, conduct a free medical camp targeting school bus drivers within Nairobi metropolitan.

The event dubbed ‘Usalama Barabarani Medical Camp’ will hold at Parklands Primary School.

NTSA Director General Njao said that the European Union (EU) is the key sponsor of the programme that is aimed at keeping children and their drivers safe while using the roads.

Other partners in the activity are the Chiromo Hospital, St John Ambulance, Vivo Energy, Nacada, AA Kenya, Karen Hospital, Hindu Council of Kenya, Lions Sight First Eye hospital, Equity Afia, and City Eye Hospital.

While briefing the media, NTSA DG Njao appealed to all school heads and principals drawn from the City to mobilize their respective drivers to attend the event.
