Uasin Gishu County is set to overhaul the structure of Early Childhood Development Education (ECDE) so that skills and talent are nurtured as early as that level.
This has been announced by Governor Jonathan Bii, who said his administration is poised to revamp the ECDE sector for that purpose.
Speaking during the state of the county address, Bii said his vision is to provide quality in the areas of sports and arts as far as skills and talent development are concerned.
Bii said so far, the transformation of ECDE infrastructure had changed the attitude of both learners and teachers towards school.
