No room for exam cheating in my jurisdiction, Education Director says

Molo Sub county Director of  Education Syvester Musikoyo  has revealed that the Ministry of Education will not allow any examination cheating in any school within his area of operations.

Musikoyo said the Ministry officials will be so strict with administration of both KCSE and KCPE tlexaminations to ensure all students only get genuine results.

“We will not tolerate any examination cheating in this sub county, we want to assure all education stakeholders that in Molo Sub county, 2022 KCSE results  in all schools were genuine and we will continue to be strict in the administration of both KCSE and KCPE to ensure in 2023 KCSE and KCPE all candidates receive genuine results which will be assist them in climbing the correct ladders of academic”,said Musikoyo.

The Director said when students receive genuine results, he or she will be able to choose the correct course in university which suits the academic capability which can make them proceed with carreer without issues.

Musikoyo who was speaking at PCEA Kambala Girsl High School, urged all students to work hard and achieve good results in their Examinations.

He also told parents to understand the academic capability of their children and assist them where necessary especially by proving learning materials and paying schools fees.

The Director said that the government has invested heavily in education and all students should get good results in both primary and secondary schools.

“The Government have heavily invested in education ,and as Ministry we expect all students to produce good results”,said Musikoyo.

He also remind students that education shapes the mind and future of people,and well educated people have good destiny in life.

On his part Molo Sub County Quality Assured and Starndard Officer Amos Mogesa urged students to maintain high standards of discipline for them to achieve quality grades in KCSE and KCPE.

“Academic performance of any primary or secondary school goes hand-in-hand with standards of discipline of that school,the higher the standards of discipline ,the higher the academic performances,lets install higher standards of discipline to our learners for them to perform well in school”,said Mogesa.

Elselwhere Sub County Director of Education Sylvester Musikoyo have said that 4199 learners have reported to their Junior Secondary Schools within Molo Sub county.

Musikoyo said out of 4199,3798 have been admitted to public Junior Secondary schools while 401 learners have been admitted to Private Junior Secondary Schools .

He thank all parents for taking their children to JSS,as he said that it is preparation of good destiny to all Kenyans learners in JSS.
