Mr. Wochuna Collins looks just as an ordinary person before taking to the stage as a facilitator.
But when he takes charge of the facilitation, just like the School Based Teacher Support System (SBTSS) which was held at his school, Chewoyet Boys National School recently, that is when you will realise that the participants really enjoy the lesson that he is presenting.
Mr. Wochuna Collins was born in Toloso village in Bungoma County.
He started his early education at Chwele Boys Primary School in 1995 up to 2001 where he sat his KCPE examinations.
He then proceeded to the prestigious school in Western Kenya, the Kibabii Boys in 2002, until 2005 when he sat the KCSE examinations.
The Maths and Physics teacher then proceeded to the University of Nairobi for B/Ed. Education science.
His first posting was at St. Catherine Girls secondary school in Sook, Chepareria in West Pokot County from 2012-2017.
In 2018 he was transferred to Chewoyet Boys where he specialised in mathematics from Form One to Form Four.
The teacher is a great motivator to the learners as he proved during the SBTSS facilitation.
The various methods that he used during the facilitation in his sessions kept the teachers alert throughout.
That is Mr. Wochuna Collins, the great facilitation.
