Talea Training Teachers College in Malindi sub county has been relocated to Kwa Chocha area near Malindi airport, Education News has reliably learnt.
The college principal Mrs. Patience Mchombo said the relocation will enable the college have enough land to undertake other activities apart from offering training to the students.
She revealed that applications for new students are currently ongoing.
She added that despite the challenges the college has faced, it has been progressing well in terms of offering quality training to the students.
“The college is one of the best performing colleges in the country,” she noted.
Mrs Mchombo revealed that the college offers Diploma course for ECDE teachers and Diploma course for Primary school teachers respectively.
She urged parents to enroll their children in the college in order to get quality training in education.
