School hosts form fours in team building exercise

Team building is the process of turning a group of individual contributing employees and students into a cohesive team to enhance cohesiveness, productivity and efficiency.

In that breadth Kessup Girls recently held a team building event geared towards motivating the 2021 candidates and making a successful study guide ahead of their KCSE examinations.

The event was organized by the Board of Management led by the Chairman Mr. Lazarus Chebii together with the senior Principal Mrs. Selina Rotich and the PA Chairman Mr. Isaac Kiptoo who spent a good time with them rolling out study programs.

The candidates held several competitions at the field which include dancing, rope hiking and comedy at the prelude of the event.

A talk facilitator Mr. Sam Vidambo took students through a session which entailed time management, making of a good time-table and emphasis on subjects.

He asked the students to utilize their time well in revision and keenly follow the set guidelines.

Speaking during the event, the Senior Principal stated that the girls are well prepared for exams adding that she has confidence in them and believed they will produce impressive results in the forthcoming national examinations.

She thanked the teachers for supporting the course, encouraging the candidates to be disciplined up to their last day in school.

“Today is a great day for our candidates. We have a strong class which we have prepared and we are hopeful that we shall surpass the target mean score of 7.5,” the Principal said.

The Board Chairman Mr. Lazarus Chebii promised that the Board will fulfill the promise of giving laptops to students who will score a mean grade of A-(Minus) and above in KCSE.
