The teachers service commission (TSC) is now set to meet teacher unions (KNUT, KUPPET and KUSNET) to discuss the 2021-2025 collective bargaining agreement ( CBA) among other industrial relations that had deteriorated.
“As I speak now, I have a letter from TSC inviting us to a meeting so that we can harmonise industrial relations and also discuss other issues of mutual benefit to teachers,” said newly elected Knut Secretary general Collins Oyuu.
The employer and the employees will also discus declaration of conflict of interest and tabling of the commissions’ offer.
