Kanga High continues its winning streak

Kanga High School celebrated 95% transition of 2020 KCSE candidates to university as the education CS, Prof. George Magoha released the results officially on Monday.

The institution recorded a positive deviation of 0.33 after it recorded a mean score of 9.05 from 8.72 in 2019.

Mr James Kabaraka the deputy principal in charge of Academics at the institution led teachers and students in celebration of the results which had Kanga high school leading in Migori County.

The school produced four students with A plain, fifty seven with A minus, 69 with B plus, 72 with B plain, 42 with B minus and 45 with C plus. The school has a mean score of 9.0594.Its Deputy Principal, Mr. James Kabaraka said 95 percent of their candidates have qualified to join the university.

Rapogi Boys, Taranganya Boys and Ulanda Girls are among the schools in Migori County which have also registered good performance.

Preliminary results from Ulanda Girls school which registered 546 candidates indicated that 17 candidates have scored A minus. Linda Anne is the top candidate in the school with a mean grade of A minus of 80 points.

At Rapogi Secondary School which is among the most improved schools, Ochieng Otieno Lenny Ismael is among the top candidates with a mean grade of A minus while the first two students at Taranganya High School have a mean of A minus.
