Police have arrested a BOM teacher and 22 year old form four student in Makueni after they were found locked inside a house.
The two were arrested after the neighbors saw the student entering the teachers house and alerted the area chief who then called police.
Police report indicates that the accused Kelvin Otieno Okumu a BOM teacher at Kyase Secondary school and the 22 year old Faith Mwende of the same school had locked themselves in the teacher’s house.
Yinthungu Sub Location Chief Christopher Nthiwa was alerted by residents.
The report further indicates that the two were found naked with one condom on the teacher’s male organ and two unused condoms on the teacher’s bed. The condoms were taken as exhibit.
They also found a bag belonging to the student containing two pairs of uniforms, a toothpaste, toothbrush and two books.
They were later taken to Kithuki Health Centre for examination and there after further action by the authority.
